When we began the home buying process, Heather was not only organized and thorough, but helped us understand what exactly would happen, each step of the way.  In fact, her first order of business was to sit down and explain al of the terminology and technology that was available to us to help in our search.  After listening closely to what we wanted and what we could afford, Heather set up a personal website to access the MLS listings customized with our neighborhood preferences and budgetary parameters.  Of course, Heather monitored the new listings closely and called or e-mailed whenever she saw something that might be of interest.  On every appointment to view homes, Heather would show up with detailed information on each home and convenient maps to help plan the day.

In addition to Heather’s obvious knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate business, Heather also had the ability to support us through the emotions of home buying while still providing the necessary objective perspective.  When it came time to make an offer, she encouraged us to take some time alone to discuss what we wanted to do – then she stayed up until 2 am, writing the offer with us, since we could not fall asleep until it was completed.

Again, through our escrow period, Heather consistently followed up with the Listing Agent and the Escrow Company to make sure everything was moving along.  Heather attended our home inspection with us and spent several hours afterwards helping us understand the results.
